This service includes all the services available under the 'let only' package plus:
- regular rent collection;
- quarterly property inspections;
- property reports on landlord request;
- emergency phone line available 24/7;
- tenants assistance with maintenance issues;
- property maintenance and repairs services;
- renewal of leases negotiation;
- vacation reports when lease ends;
- utility transfers;
- deposit return to tenants post Vacation.

This services is suitable for MUD developments. It is a bespoke, reliable and efficient service which main focuses upon the needs of clients, within reasonable costs, responsive actions and exceptional service.
Costs are tendered and monitored on a monthly basis to ensure that our clients benefit from any savings that may arise.
The costs for managing the complex will be met by a service charge levied on each owner. This charge will create a sinking fund used to deal with maintenance issues that will arise in the particular year.
Voda-Forde Ltd will provide liaison with all the stakeholders. On the development completion the ownership of the common areas is vested in the Management Company formed for this purpose. The group will elect directors and when necessary a committee will deal with any management issues. Voda-Forde Ltd will organise meeting with elected committee as necessary. We will manage and deal with all inquiries and correspondence from either owners and residents.
